The presentation of products on our website does not constitute a legally binding offer. Only by placing an order do you make a binding offer, which we accept by sending a confirmation email.

All prices are stated in CHF and include VAT (if applicable). Shipping costs are listed separately during the ordering process.

5. Delivery

Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer. Estimated delivery times can be found on the respective product page.

6. Payment

Payment is made through the payment methods offered during the checkout process.

7. Returns / Cancellations

As our product is a creative and personal item, there is no statutory right of return. However, please contact us if you encounter any problems.

8. Liability

Provoka and its products are intended solely for consensual use between adults. The use of LoveCards is entirely voluntary and at the users’ own discretion.

While our products are designed to encourage intimacy, communication, and exploration, Provoka shall not be held liable for:

Users are responsible for establishing clear boundaries, consent, and communication before engaging in any suggested scenarios.

We are otherwise only liable for damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent conduct.

By using our products, you agree to take full responsibility for your experience and release Provoka from any liability, to the extent permitted by law.
